in the desert there are these animals called meerkats they look like a cat with a rat face. these animals are very small and they are pretty low on the food chain. yet they manage to stay alive. they survive mainly because they all work as a team to make sure everyone eats and are safe. there is not just one meerkat that does this but they all take turns eating and watching out for predators. they start teaching this teamwork at a very young age. they teach them that no matter how tired they get they must do their duty. they teach this by have them having them watch out until they fall over.
if we use the teamwork that the meerkats have in a kitchen that would be the best kitchen to work in. everyone watching and helping out everyone. there would never be a under prepped station ever again. the kitchen would run as amooth as possible and everyone would clean up and get the hell out of there and go and a have a few drinks at the bar. the next the same thing all over again and it would be beautiful.
